Xiangyi attaches great importance to the research and development of new products, at present we have 32 senior R&D engineers in laboratory instruments. The large capacity centrifuges (8x2200ml), which are at the international leading level, have been widely used in the biopharmaceutical, central blood station and fine material industries. Our self-developed automated centrifuges and automated workstations, currently in cooperation with a number of IVD top enterprises, a total of about 200 units have been put into use, and currently we are the only centrifuge manufacturer capable of mass production in China.
Xiangyi Technology R&D Center is equipped with centrifuge test center, environment test room, noise test room, MCA (explosion) laboratory, clean assembly room, etc. All performance tests of centrifuges can be completed in our test center.
At present, Xiangyi has built a 20,000 square meters comprehensive building, the production area of the metal workshop has reached 5,000 square meters, and there are more than 60 sets of high-precision equipments, such as machining centers CNC lathes from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan, which can satisfy the demand for high-precision production of centrifuges' rotors, drive motor, and so on. Xiangyi assembly workshop has sixteen assembly lines and the annual production capacity has exceeded 100,000 sets. Our products passed ISO9001, ISO13485, CE, FDA certification.
Xiangyi products have been exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, India, Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand and other countries, etc. Every year, Xiangyi participates in major international exhibitions, such as Shanghai Analytical Biochemical Exhibition, Arab Health, Arab LAB, CMEF, CACLP and MEDICA, etc.
