PRP 500 centrifuge is specially developed by our technicians based on many years of centrifuge research and development experience, combined with the experience of top experts and professors from various large hospitals in China on PRP extraction and application. Its rotor structure, centrifugal force, ACC/DEC speed, etc., after a large number of simulation studies and clinical verification, is designed for the extraction and preparation of PRP. It improves the PRP extraction rate and reduces the extraction time, which is fundamentally different from the results separated by ordinary centrifuges on the market.

◆Microprocessor control, DC brushless motor, precise control of the running speed and acceleration/deceleration speed, high speed accuracy and stability. ◆Pre-stored program specially for PRP preparation can be used to complete the program call with one key, eliminating the need for repetitive setup parameters and allowing the program to be customized. ◆7-inch HD touch screen( gloves-friendly), intuitively view all the current operating parameters after calling the program, accurately observe the PRP preparation process, and the operation interface is simple and intuitive. ◆PRP centrifugal special rotary head, made of aviation grade forged aluminum alloy, has high structural strength, corrosion resistance, etc., and supports high temperature and high pressure sterilization treatment. The hanging buckets comes with a biosafety cap for easy sterilization and to prevent contamination of the sample. ◆With imbalance protection, overspeed, motor overheating, door lid self-locking and other protection functions, 316 stainless steel centrifugal chamber, high -strength cold-rolled steel protective sleeve, high structural rigidity, to protect the safety of the operator. ◆The centrifugal chamber is equipped with a UV lamp disinfection and sterilization system, together with the ultraviolet reflective structure design of the door cover, which effectively carries out sterilization. ◆The new airflow guide design maintains the normal temperature level of the centrifugal chamber and protects temperature-sensitive samples, and the special noise reduction treatment provides a comfortable experimental environment.
